► After discussing your request and confirming that I can deliver what you are looking for, you may purchase your commission through this page.

► During the process, I will send progress screenshots/sketches for approval to make sure the artwork matches your expectations. Minor revisions can be requested during this stage.

► Once the artwork is completed, the final high-resolution image will be sent to your email as a PNG or JPEG file.

► Clear visual references are highly appreciated and help ensure the best final result.

 By ordering a
commission from me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. GENERAL

► The final product is a digital
artwork.

► You will receive two versions
of the artwork:

·     One with a watermark/signature for online
posting

·      One without a watermark for private personal use
(a small, signature will still be on the drawing)

► Do not remove my signature or
watermark without permission.

► Prices may vary depending on
complexity, additional characters, backgrounds, detailed designs, or commercial
usage.

► I reserve the right to refuse
or cancel any commission request for any reason.

► I reserve the right to refuse
commissions involving hateful content, extreme gore, illegal content, or any
subject I am uncomfortable drawing.

2. PAYMENT

► Payments are handled through
hurairavault.com.

► Commissions under £100 GBP must
be paid 100% upfront.

► For commissions above £100 GBP,
the client may request a 50/50 payment split:

·       50% upfront before work begins

·       Remaining 50% after the sketch phase is approved

► The upfront payment/deposit is
non-refundable once work has begun, as it reserves your commission slot and
compensates for time spent.

► Do not send payment before I
have accepted your commission request and confirmed your slot.

 3. PROCESS AND
DELIVERY

► I will notify you when work on
your commission has started.

► You will first receive an
initial sketch for approval.

► The number of updates/reviews
depends on the complexity of the commission.

► You may ask for progress
updates through email or Instagram.

► Estimated turnaround time is
approximately 2–3 weeks, though complex commissions may take longer.

► If unexpected circumstances
delay delivery, I will notify you as soon as possible.

► Once the commission is
completed, you will receive the final full-resolution artwork via email.

► Once the final files have been
delivered and approved, the commission is considered complete.

► If the client becomes
unresponsive for 30 days or more during the commission process, the commission
may be considered abandoned. Depending on the amount of completed work, I
reserve the right to cancel the commission without refund.

 4. REVISIONS

► The commission includes up to 3
rounds of minor revisions during the sketch phase.

► Minor revisions include:

·       Small pose adjustments

·       Facial expression changes

·       Minor colour corrections

·       Small accessory edits

► Major revisions include:

·      Changing the pose entirely

·       Changing outfits after approval

·       Changing the composition

·       Redesigning characters

·       Requesting an entirely new sketch

► Major revisions may require
additional fees.

► After the sketch has been
approved, any further changes to the artwork may incur additional charges
depending on complexity.

► If I make an error or
misunderstand your request, corrections related to my mistake will be made free
of charge.

 5. COPYRIGHT /
USAGE POLICY

► I retain full copyright
ownership of the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

► I reserve the right to:

·       Use the artwork for portfolio purposes

·    Post the artwork on social media

·     Display the artwork on websites, galleries,
commission sheets, or promotional material

► Clients requesting complete
confidentiality or private commissions must discuss this before payment.
Additional fees may apply.

► The client retains ownership of
their original character(s), but not ownership of the artwork itself.

 PERSONAL USE

► Unless otherwise agreed in
writing, commissions are for personal use only.

► You may:

·     Post the artwork online with proper credit

·      Use the artwork as profile pictures, wallpapers,
banners, or personal decorations

·      Print the artwork for personal use only

·     Use the artwork in monetized videos or streams
as long as the artwork itself is not the primary product being sold

COMMERCIAL USE

► Commercial rights are NOT
included unless explicitly discussed and purchased separately.

► Commercial use includes, but is
not limited to:

·       Merchandise

·       Prints for sale

·       Branding or logos

·       Advertising

·       Book covers

·       Game assets

·       VTuber assets

·       Twitch/YouTube branding or emotes

·       NFTs or blockchain projects

·       Reselling the artwork in any form

► Commercial usage rights may
require additional fees depending on the intended usage.

COPYRIGHT
INFRINGEMENT

The following are
considered copyright infringement:

► Claiming the artwork as
your own

► Removing my signature or
watermark without permission

► Altering the artwork
without my consent

► Using the artwork
commercially without purchasing commercial rights

► Redistributing,
reselling, minting, or reproducing the artwork for profit without permission

6. REFUNDS
& CANCELLATIONS

► Full refunds are only available
if work has not yet started.

► Once work has begun, refunds
are not guaranteed.

► If I am unable to complete the
commission for any reason, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on
the amount of completed work.

► Filing a fraudulent chargeback
after receiving completed work or progress updates is a violation of these
Terms of Service.

► In the event of a payment
dispute or chargeback, I reserve the right to provide evidence of
communication, work progress, and delivered files.

► Clients who issue unjustified
chargebacks may be permanently blacklisted from future commissions.

7. AI / NFT
POLICY

► The commissioned artwork may
NOT be used for:

·       NFTs

·       Blockchain-related technology

·     Cryptocurrency projects

·       AI datasets

·       AI training

·       Machine learning datasets

·       LoRA training

·       Image synthesis tools

·       Style replication systems

·       Automated generative systems

·       Any similar technologies now known or later
developed

► Uploading my artwork to AI
generators or using it to train AI models is strictly prohibited.
