Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. If you purchase a print and/or canvas, you will receive a certificate of authenticity. Limited edition purchases will also receive their own Collectors Chronicle article.
Why do the prints and canvases have different signatures?
Prints and canvases are intentionally signed differently, though both are by Huraira. This distinction allows each medium to retain its unique character, with the signature reflecting the individual touch the artist gives to both the print and the canvas.
What should I know about customs and import duties?
If you are ordering a painting from outside the UK, please note that your shipment may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in your country.
You will receive an invoice from your local customs office, and your goods will be delivered to your door once the payment has been made.
Customs duties and import taxes vary depending on the country, so we recommend factoring this cost into your purchase.
Will my painting arrive framed?
No additional frames will be provided beyond the original canvas frame, which is used to hold the material together.
How long does it take for me to get my products?
Shipping times can vary depending on the size and quantity of your order. Delivery for canvas pieces typically takes between 1–8 weeks, as larger items may require additional time for handling and transport. Prints, however, usually arrive within a week, or at the latest, two. In some cases, it may take longer due to the dimensions of the products or the number of items in your basket.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship prints worldwide. However, canvases are not available for purchase in the EU, Northern Ireland, and select other countries.
Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund ?
All shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
How long after I've purchased a product can I request a refund?
If you wish to return a print because you have changed your mind, you must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving the item. Once your request is approved, the print must be returned to Huraira Vault for inspection. Please note that if the returned print arrives damaged, a full refund will not be issued.
We recommend packaging the print securely to avoid damage during transit. Refunds will be processed once the print has been inspected and deemed in acceptable condition.
We take great care to ensure the quality and safe delivery of our original canvas pieces. If your canvas arrives damaged, you may request a refund by notifying us via email within 14 days of receiving the item. Once your request is approved, the canvas must be returned to Huraira Vault for inspection.
Please note that refunds will be issued only after the canvas is inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition (excluding the reported damage). We regret that we cannot offer replacements for original canvas pieces, as each one is unique.
If you wish to return a canvas for any other reason, such as a change of mind, you may do so by following the same process. However, if the returned canvas arrives back to us damaged, a full refund will not be provided.
To ensure the safe return of the canvas, we recommend using secure and protective packaging.
Do you offer refunds?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our prints and canvases. Refunds or replacements are offered only in the unlikely event that your print/canvas arrives damaged, but you must email within 14 days of receiving the item.
How much can I get refunded?
In the case when a product has been damaged upon arrival, you will be offered a full or partial refund. This can vary dependent on each individual case.
